Ham and Poppy Seed Sandwiches
Split the dinner rolls in half horizontally.(See helpful hint below.) Melt margarine in a small saucepan over low heat. Add grated onion, mustard, and poppy seeds.
Place ham and cheese on bottom half of rolls. Pour half of margarine mixture over ham and cheese. Replace the tops of the rolls and spread the remaining mixture on top. Bake for 20-30 minutes at 350-F degrees.
If you are using the Pepperidge Farms rolls, invert all of the rolls in the pan. Using a serated knife, use the edge of the pan as a cutting guide. After you have cut the rolls, replace them in the pan right side up.
